the hydraulics in the power steering pump are bad you have to get a new one the seals have probably worn out and there isn't enough pressure when you give it gas it forces more pressure in the pump

Start simple and work your way up from there.
Is there fluid in it? If not, fill it, find and re[air the leak. If fluid level is good...
Is the belt tight? If not, tighten it, or replace it if need be. I the belt is tight and in good shape...
Consider a new power steering pump

Never heard of that but maybe check your ps fluid. Or your pump could be about to go out and it's just not working well at low rpm anymore. Again, though, I've never heard of that and those are just guesses. You should take it to autozone. they'll probably be able to tell you what's wrong with it and they don't lie like mechanics do.

when you drive a car that has no powersteering, when you give it gas the car naturally turns alot easier. The faster the car goes the easier it turns.

check the belt tension and the fluid level if both are OK then you might need a new or rebuild pump.
