FLIP
"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. It is our number one priority and we will not rest until we find him." G.W. Bush, 9/13/01
Washington Post, 9/17/01, UPI: Bush said he wants accused terrorist leader Osama bin Laden "dead or alive.” “I want justice...There's an old poster out West, as I recall, that said, 'Wanted: Dead or Alive,'"- G.W. Bush, 9/17/01, UPI
AP, 12/14/01: President Bush pledged anew Friday that Osama bin Laden will be taken "dead or alive."

FLOP:
Capturing OBL no longer a priority:
G.W. Bush, 3/13/02: I don't know where Bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."

Theres both success and failure to be discerned in the Bush Presidency.
The jury is still out on Iraq, but it seems we are on the way to victory at last. All will agree Iraq has been tragically mishandled since shortly after the fall of Saddam.
The renovation of Social Security was a fiasco we didnt need and if SS was not yet broken, why fix it now?
The immigration crisis was a total failure as usual. Bush seemed intent on giving the American people a slap in the face by foisting 20 million illegals that mostly hate us, take our jobbs, and use up what little generousity we have to spare on our own poor. The fix was so simple, yet Bush pissed away an opportunity to acctually do something. Rather, he sold out the American people to please the greedy corperations that want to create a new slave class at the expence of the rest of us!
Bush is a liberal Republican...and a failure.

George Bush is the AntiChrist. He is the one behind 9/11 and he will be the one behind the next big terror attack set to take place very soon, before the election, that way he can call a state of emergency for NA, putting us under martial law and becoming dictator. Any President who exempts himself from all FUTURE war crimes is a criminal. He will be the death of America. The election will be canceled, and Bush will remain in the oval office. Check out Secrets of the Bohemian Grove by Alex Jones and get an idea of what the world "elites" such as Bush do for a good time. Sickos.

He kept the Dems from being President for 8 years, that makes him a success in my book. Think of how much worse things might be today with Algore or FrankenKerry in office!!!

Oh, and he is also FAR FAR BETTER than the 3 previous Democrat Presidents.

A failure. A complete miserable failure. Undoubtedly the worst US President in our history.

Given those two choices, I would say he is a failure. He hasn't accomplished any of his goals and he broke the #1 rule of physicians: do no harm.

While I hate him dearly, it's time for some praise:
- Opening up the military fly routes to ease air congestion was brilliant
- Fighting pirates off the African coast is noble

He is not a failure! He may have done better with the illegals, but I think congress failed us there.
I don't believe he is a flop either. The liberation of Iraq was unpopular, but it was the right thing to do.
Cutting taxes has helped. He has done many wonderful things, but it seems like many ignore that.

A flop.

He wasn't the worst, and I believe he did better than Kerry or Gore would have done in the bad situations he was presented with (internet bubble, 9/11), so I wouldn't consider him a failure.
