no, it's worse then many things that are...laws should finally become restrictive in ways that reduce recklessness and don't protect us from ourselves. my point is why am i commiting homicide when i kill myself? (theoretical of course) I don't need a supreme court to tell me what's right or wrong. By the way caffeine drains calcium, gives kidney problems overall horribly unhealthy especially at the rate people chug it. And they live normal lives, i think laws are overprotective and that cripples people's abilities to think for themselves.
