okay before i fell pregnant i had a dream i was pregnant with twins & that it was Halloween & when we found out we were pregnant. i don't know how far along we were to know we had twins tho. well Halloween we found out that we were pregnant. does this mean its twins also? i've tried to read up all i know is i only sleep 3-5 hrs a night & when i sleep its a constant twin dream. then last week my horoscope was a reoccurring dream would soon become reality. so im wondering could i be carrying twins? or any help or ideas i could look into. thanks

also i've been to a prenatal my next appointment is not until dec 21 they told me no scan until 20 weeks. so i cant wait that long. twins do run in my family also

You will have to wait until your ultrasound. If you start showing really soon, that could be a sign.

Well, the way I found out I was prego with twins, I was SICK! Throwing up all the time. I couldn't keep anything down for weeks. I was to go to the doctors when I was 8 weeks and when I went, I was only 5 weeks. I told him how sick I was and he was very surprized at with early in the pregnancy that I was that sick. He took me into the room to get an ultrasound done...they were two sacks. Little black circles. I was so scared! But, he told me that one symptom of twins is morning sickness! I lost about 30 pounds throughout that pregnancy, but the girl's are health! But if you're having serious morning sickness...it's possible! Good luck!

Go to the doctor. I found out I was pregnant with twins at 8 weeks. But I had the weirdest symptoms. I never thought I had twins, just thought there was 1 baby in there. An Ultrasound to hear heartbeats and camera inside you is the best bet to see. You can already see my twins with the camera.

I found out it was twins at 7 weeks by ultrasound. Why are they waiting until 20 weeks to do an ultrasound, especially with a family history of twins?? Doesn't sound right.

Or you could be trying to tell yourself that you are because you want to be. You will have to wait until an ultrasound to find out. Showing early is also a sign (my friend looked almost due at about 5 months when she was pregnant with hers).

You can have an early ultrasound.
My twins were detected at 7 weeks by ultrasound and also you will feel double the nausea - you have double the hormones

precious is right. u have to wait and see u probably r carryin twins but u never know. just cause of a dream and just cause ur a twin doesnt mean ur gonna havee twins. im 15 and pregnant with twins. there r NO twins in my family and i didnt dream that i was gonna have twins.

No one really knows but I do know is that 8 weeks is the earliest that the doctors can tell if you are having twins or not.

Bleeding any time during a pregnancy is scary. Put in a call to your Doctor or to the Doctor on call. It also would not hurt to go to the ER and just be checked out. They can check the babies heart rate and everything there for you, would help with the concern tons if you new exactly what was going on.

Not necessarily, it could mean that you wanted to be pregnant, and if you did get pregnant, you want twins. I have a set of twins myself. Good luck.
