Im looking for websites that will tell me the selling price of homes since the home was built. Like if a house was built in 1920, the first cost, then the cost each time it was sold to someone new. Please provide the website link. Thanks!

use your county's assessors page look up the home and it should have the transactions on that page.

Check out your county's real estate assessment website. Other websites will only pull info from the MLS, so the earliest info you could get would be from the early 90s at best.

not sure where you are but the mls (multiple listings service) is available online, in Canada it's mls.ca it'll show you the listings, price of the house, year built, square footage and pictures, all of the info you could possibly need.

http://www.mls.ca/

I don't believe you will find what you are looking for on the internet. Most land offices have this historical information in the 'title trail', but few if any offer the full 'title trail' online.
