Not only did he not kick the field goal. He challenged a play after a time out and lost. Then decided to go for it.

Herm would be the biggest bonehead move but not a surprise for him.
Cardinals Defense would be the 2nd worst bonehead move of the NFL weekend.
Mike Shanahan is 3rd and he is normally an excellent coach.
Eli Manning is following his end of season slump for 4th.
Ravens D for ignoring Gates (we are being nice to Ray)
Gus Ferotte is a back up so we have to cut him some slack.
Jason Campbell because he is a future back up or pizza delivery man.

Great question, gets a star from me. Tough to decide. Herm had a brain fart, Eli is just being hot/cold Eli, Gus,,,,,well, many a slip between cup and lip, Jason's inexperience is showing again, Mike didn't draw a clear enough picture for Elam on who not to kick to, and it is time for the Ravens to rebuild their defense. Seems like I would have to go with "Mad" Mike Shanahan.

When I decided to answer your question I had only 1 play in mind that was number 4.But after watching Sports-center for the 4th time I've decided its gotta be number 1.For Edwards to say he didn't let the kicker kick the field goal because he didn't want to put that kind of pressure on him is ridicules.That's what they get paid for.What was he thinking for crying out loud.

Herm Edwards - That was a long 1 yard. Even though your kicker sucks you have to give him a shot, or cut him from the team if you can't count on him for short/mid distance kicks.
