I need alot of answers for this arguement I am having with my friend.
Key words...not the best player....but the best OFFENSIVE player

Kobe is the best, because he can do it all, shoot from outside, drive inside, dunk, and play physical inside when he needs to. He is also one of the best clutch players. He can flat out score better than anyone and he's not a bad passer either.

It depends on how you define offensive player. I think Lebron would be a better offensive player. Kobe tries to shoot every time he touches the ball. Lebron attacks you in more than one way. He sets up his teammates (even though they suck). And he has shown he can take over the scoring load, especially when he put up like 29 in a row against the Pistons in the ECF. Lebron is more effective because he scores just as much if not more than Kobe and puts up more assists, and does this more in the flow of the offense.

Best offensive player in the game, he can score at any moment....almost. Lol no one in the NBA can guard him. I would put him as the best player overall in the NBA, sorry LeBron, but Kobe can play some wicked D, look at US basketball this summer.

he can also be the best defensive player if he ever puts his mind to it.
he is in fact the best all-around player, skill-wise.

It is absolutely ridiculous for anyone to say anyone but Kobe is the best offensive player in the league. Anyone who says it is anyone else is plain and simply a HATER.

Well Lebron is averaging 31.3 ppg, shooting 49.1%, and 8.1 assists to Kobe's 27.3, 44.8%, and 4.9 assists. I would say Lebron is the best.
