Does anyone think it would be a good idea to start a business where I buy 16 XBox 360's, have LAN parties and charge people to play?

Chances are anyone who would pay to play video games already has an Xbox so probably not. It could work for huge parties and stuff but you'd need to really get the word out to people.

It probably wouldn't be a good idea because as we all know, the Xbox 360 isn't the most reliable console in the world and it could Red Ring of Death on you at any time.

But if it were a PS3 then it would be a different story because you could leave the PS3 on for days and it would be fine and there are many people that still have PS2's but don't have a PS3 yet and they would be excited about playing a PS3 and would probably pay for it.

Most people that bought an Xbox already have a Xbox 360, so there's probably no way that they would pay to play for a console that they already have.

Sorry to say but probably not. Most people who do multiplayer on xbox 360, including myself, have xbox live. It might work, but as someone already said, you would really have to get the word out.

You'd also need tv's, probably a rental space to play in too. Have some extra xbox's ready, those suckers break down all the time.

There is a business in Greentree shopping mall, Albany IN that stays busy doing just that. Big screen T.V.'s and comfy chairs.
