Bananas and a calcium/mineral supplement. Also, have her do this stretch a few times a day. Stand about 1 foot from the wall. Place the toe of one foot against the wall, on the floor, and bend the leg, so that the knee touches the wall. Place the opposite leg back a few inches, heel on the ground. Supporting yourself with your forearms on the wall, push the hips forward until you feel the stretch across the front of the pelvis. Have her do this three or four times a day, on both sides, for a few days, and see if that helps.

Talk to the doctor first. Some times Vitamin B-6 can help with leg cramps.

Eating bananas and stretching her legs. I used to have a similar problem with a girl. She would cramp up her calve. It would cause her to scream, toss me aside, and lay on the floor holding herself while crying. Yes, it is a mood killer. After she started eating right and stretching, she stopped having this problem.

Sounds like she needs to be doing some yoga and maybe walking. But if she's currently jogging, this may be a sign that she's overstressing her leg muscles.

Have her try taking a mult-vitamin with beta kerotene in it. That helps with muscle cramps. Other than that I don't know what she can do.

Maybe you two could do some stretching or you could give her a sensual massage on her legs and butt beforehand and also get her some potassium supplements.

Some calcium/magnesium supplements wouldn't hurt, and as another poster suggested, bananas for potassium. Also she should see that she remains hydrated.

Try the suggestions other people have given you...
If all fails, I'd say try to relax....The last thing she needs is to feel like she ruined things for you !
