Is there a good book or site that teaches CSS and Photoshop web design process?
I design a nice page in Photoshop but need to know how to put it into dreamweaver using css to position everything, to put text all over the page, put flash, etc. I need a step by step tutorial how to create a page like this http://www.veoh.com/. I can design it in Photoshop easily but need help using Dreamweaver 2004MX and CSS to position what I designed in Photoshp and fill up the page with text, links, etc. Here are two more examples of pages http://www.nba.com/ and http://www.gamespot.com/. See the page is designed in Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Need help?

Forget about the Ajax part it's an adult site just need the CCS and Dreamweaver to make the pages load the fastest, look the best, and constantly update easily and ad pages easily.

I know Flash also. I know Flash and Photoshop and that's it. An all html site is too hard to update all the time and needless work.

that will not be a simple tutorial. Those sites are made with adobe flash and ajax. those sites are not just basic dreamweaver and photoshop.
