For Federer I see him winning all four this year. You are going to see some of the best tennis Federer will ever play. First he win the Austrailian as usual then he is going to kick it up a notch to win his first French and tie Pete's record, then he takes Wimbledon and takes the record for most consecutive championships there and he closes out the year with the US and gets the Grand Slam. Federer has too much to gain this year that he knows he has to play his best tennis ever. Think about it. He could win His forst French, beat Pete's record for most Grand Slam tournament championships and get the Grand Slam. Federer has to understand that he can secure beyond any reasonable doubt the fact that he is the greatest tennis player ever and there is no way he is going to let this chance pass him by. So baring some freak injury he will take all four this year and we will see possibly the greatest year tennis has ever seen.

Henin on the other hand will not do so well. I see her only winning two this year. She has the ability to dominate the womens side, but she also has the tendency to underachieve.
So she will lose any two because of some lame injury or having a bad match. Which two she loses depends when she has her bad luck.

2 for Federer - Wimbledon and US Open
1 for Henin - French Open or US Open

dont want to get anyone's hopes up. should keep expectations low to avoid disappointments. Federer won't probably win AO if somebody, like Nalbandian, is on a hot streak. As for Henin, dont think she can do better in 2008. 10 titles is hard for Henin to beat. Anyway, good luck to both players... hopefully, they will surpass my expectations...

Federer 3, Oz, Wimbledon and US. Monkey Nadal will deny him the French. Depends how he goes against Nalbandian, Djokovic won't challenge seriously, nor will Nadal at the Oz and US.

Henin, the French for sure, not wimbledon and i reckon one of the Oz/Us Opens. Wouldn't be surprised if she won 3 though. Depends if she can stay as focused this year as she did last year. I personally don't think she can. I apologise that Henin's answer is a little contradictory.

Its a little bit far off and too many factors, alot can happen in a season.

Federer will win only 3 out of 4. French will be very very difficult unless players like Nadal and other clay court
specialists bow out early. I know Federer is very dedicated
to win French as well. I would like to see it happen, but
chances are very difficult.

Henin, last year played marvelous season and she will
continue to do this next year as well. She should easily win at
least 2, if not 3. The rest including William sisters are too far
and Sharapova is just a hype. Others need to up the tempo
for anyone to have any chance to win or come close.

I forecast 2 for Federer and 2 for Henin. I think Federer will will get the Australian and the Wimbledon. I don't think he'll win the French and I think the pressure of the new record will get to him together with the continuous pressure at the US.

Henin will start off with Australian and French wins, but then will stumble at Wimbledon again and will lose her title at the US.

Of course, these are just my own predictions.

Federer will win it all this year. Henin will continue her reign, at least, she will win one 2008.

4 for Fed,

and 2 for Henin.

I think Maria could win another one in 08, but she has to really up her practice and focus. I'd like to see someone new come up the ranks as a wild card and win one.

I think the only challenge for Fed will be winning the French Open. Other than that, he should win the other three. As for Henin, she's unpredictable, but I expect her to get the French and possibly the US Open.
