Would it have a turbine, piston, or Wankel engine? Would it have an F1 type transmission or some variety of CVT? Would it have a full body or be open wheel?

I'd guess turbo piston engine (it still needs to not stop for fuel too often), hybrid (more power as needed, and energy recovery, also saves the brakes), all-wheel-drive, with active aerodynamics, and probably full body. CVT only if it could handle that much power. Actually it might lack a transmission entirely, if the engine were decoupled from the powertrain and all power were from electric motors.
