Ah well i had both happen to me, and yes there are no differences at all, both humiliating still to this day.

I would rather walk in on my parents. Actually, when I was a kid, that happened once. They thought I'd be outside all afternoon one summer day playing, but I cut my leg pretty bad and had to go home. I really couldn't see anything because they were under the cover, but I sure didn't look long. Yuck!

I would rather have my parents walk in on me. First, I don't want to see them getting it on. Second, while I might get in some trouble and have to listen to a lecture, at least I would have some fun getting it on.

Neither really but if I had to choose - I'd rather walk in on my parents if the room was very dark prevent my retinas from burning ;)
