Daily horoscopes are a bunch of b.s. - vaguely worded to apply to anyone/anytime or just a wild a** guess.
This is suggesting that you soften something negative or bad news that you have for someone. Like, I hate to tell you but you have bad breath but your teeth are so nice and I'll give you a long hard french kiss after you go brush and floss a few times and eat this mint. :o)

It clearly means add a litllte of that honey that you use when you want someting or you need an anwswer. Its like when you use your con voice to get what you want. Basicly, if you have a secret or know of something that is confidential, you don't just flat out tell it, you kind of beat around the bush sort of speak. You seem like a bright girl. Take this advice and use your inner voice. Because the answer is with in you!

It means that you know how important it is to be sweet, especially when the person you're being sweet to is important to you. So add some sweetness to the person you like/love, and the message will get to them faster.

it looks to me that it means if you have to criticize your partner for something, Make it as positive as possible. that is what sugar coating means
