I looked into that service and I don't see why it shouldn't work. Your IP will be something else, probably located where your changer service is located, and impossible to trace you. That's how it looks to me.
Your real IP tells a lot about you, not just your city, but how your computer is configured.

Depends on your ISP. Most High Speed cable companies have Dynamic (changing IP addys) while others are Static....regardless if your doing something bad, or illegal, YES they can find you....it does not change your location though, you stay where your at.

With the IP ppl only get your ISP location.
