Venezuelan, a lot of major leaguers go there in winter like bobby abreu(Caracas Lions) , miguel cabrera(Aragua Tigers), omar vizquel(Caracas Lions), carlos guillen(Aragua Tigers), etc. And all the stadiums are full in all the games specially in a Caracas-Magallanes(That is like a Yankees-Boston here in Venezuela), it´s an unike experience, you should watch a game ;·).

Arizona is the league that has the highest rated prospects, the Dominican is where a lot of players like to go play though.

I know the Carribean League and Mexican League both have Major Leaguers in them. The Arizona Fall League and Hawaiian League are for prospects.
