NO.

Anyway off the top of my head I cant think of any decent managers that are black........................no doubt I will be corrected now.......

If they have or not, its quite irrelevant. They pick good managers (or so they think) and that is the be all and end all of it. They have had plenty of foreign ones but I don't think any black ones.
