yes, even though he's not retired he has accomplished everything a wrestler can accomplish in their career. he was on the first eposide of raw, in the golden years of the wwf, in the attitude era of the wwf, and has been apart of the current wwe since it changed its name. he has had so many memorible matches and is a true wrestling lengend. hes done it it all and has nothing else to prove, but hes back because he love what he does and wants to entertain his fans.

Yes he is, and he will be in the Hall of Fame as soon as he retires. He has been great for the business but has upset some people because of his attitude at times.
