This penny stock service has years of proven experience. Ultimately it is the best service for beginners to use https://tr.im/pennystocktrading
You will have to wait between 3 and 10 days to get into the system in most cases. When I signed up it took 8 days. I wished it was faster, but if you can wait a week or two to start earn life changing money than you will have what it takes to make it in this business.

Yahoo or AOL or stock-broker internet sites have real time quotes for the over-the-counter shares. The "pink sheets" arose when certain brokerage houses acted as a center point for trading of specific companies unlisted on the NYEX, AmEX, the NASDAQ, or city exchanges. The trading was less hectic, so the brokerags issued "pink sheets" detailing the stock performance and bid/sell prices. These type stock prices and info can be accessed on-line. You may have to append their symbol name with the extension ".OC"
