Guy on Ebay has one,,,it's a bit rough & he does NOT state specifically "Known Good"
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-250-TIMBERWOLF-STATOR_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43977QQihZ013QQitemZ230167265884
......................
Same guy also has a Bad bottom end with a Flywheel on it.
He does not say what year it is.
I Have a HUNCH the stator/bottom end MIGHT be a "pair"

...........................................
The stator is obviously correct year for a '92.
They only used that one a couple years.
The visual difference is distinct, impossible to mistake
I hesistated to even mention these parts cuz it's Not a very Clean & Clear deal.
But,,,it's CHEAP.
AS Advertised about $200.
That's a Big savings off of new prices,,,several $100.
If You're interested in checking it out,,,
I'd suggest Contacting the Seller :
a)For Confirmation the parts are a "matched pair"--That Stator is from THAT Bottom end
b)SOME KIND of warranty agreement or return agreement if the parts are bad.
That's gonna be TUFF ,,as-usual,,,from Anybody on "Electrical Parts".
Most Folks will try to work out Something agreeable.
All you can do is Ask
c) Try to Negotiate a Price for Flywheel Alone & No Bottom End.
That would At Least save on Shipping Weight.
d) Negotiate a "package deal" price on Stator & Flywheel & combined shipping.
Might get Lucky?
.................................
I appologize for responding with such a awkward deal,,,,,,
But the price even as-is is so low I figured it was worth mentioning.
And,,,it's not real "Visible" 'cuz none is marked as "1992 Applicable"......easy to overlook it when searching around.
So,,,all just Info,,for what its worth
Good Luck,, those parts are scarce 'cept new-from-dealer
........................................................................
Here's a whole used motor,,,'93,,"same as '92"
MIGHT be cheaper than new Stator/Mag parts??

Yamaha's web site shows it as "in stock".
Order them from a Yamaha dealer.
