I've never had sausage battered?
I suppose the meat is being battered as it is put into the casing, or it won't fit.
We could beat it and make it flat and fry it, but that would take more time....could just cut smaller cuts making it thinner the other way and fry it.
I like the skin around it to be plain....meaning that there is nothing else on it........and then put into a bun(after it is bbq'd on the grill) with sauercraut, mustard & ketchup.
I know there are shelters for battered wives, but never heard of one for battered sausage.
