Cities located over the border in Wisconsin by Stillwater MN?

Question

My husband just got a job in Stillwater MN. We are looking to relocate in the near future and would like a list of the towns (big and small) that are near the city over the border into Wisconsin.

Any links to local newspapers/classified ad sites would also be very helpful.

There isn't much across the river from Stillwater in Wisconsin. Houlton (very small) is directly over the river, and the nearest town of any size to that would be Hudson, which is a vibrant commuter town to the Twin Cities.

Check a map. You can use mapquest.com or Yahoo maps or any similar site, look up Stillwater, MN, and expand/zoom the map out to include the cities across the state line in Wisconsin. That will give you a lot of information, and you'll get it much quicker than waiting for millions of strangers, some of whom have no idea where MN or WI are, let alone what cities are across the state line from each other.

Hudson, Wisconsin is only a 10 minute commute to Stillwater. This link takes you to the classified ads in the Hudson Newspaper.
