actually, in each pair of underwear, you can get 4 uses, inside out, right side in, frontwards and backwards. shall i mail a pair of quad use panties with the q-tips?

Turn them inside out might not be a problem for us boys, but for girls they should change it on a daily basis due to constant vaginal discharge.

I actually change them twice per day.
Wake up, throw underwear into laundry.
Shower, get out and put on new underwear.
Work, go to gm, get all sweaty.
Throw underwear into laundry.
Shower, put on new underwear.
Beer.

Daily, but on occassion - road trips, camping trips, etc - where fresh undies were not availble I have done the ol' flip-a-roo.
