Was with boyfriend for almost 12 years, bought his car with my income tax money, was stupid enough not to sign ANYTHING, saying that I bought the car, found him cheating thru a myspace page and now he will not give me my car. Is there anything I can do, to get what belongs to me, which is MY CAR?

Doubt it. The vehicle is in his name only. You could try taking him to court but don't get your hopes up. You learned a valuable lesson about trusting people, even those you love.

You're out of luck unless there were eyewitnesses to the transaction. Title to cars are paper and registered.

You could try to take him to court. But without a check written to him off your account, then you are probably out of luck.

To get back anything, you have to have proof you paid for the car.
