Not enough information. Is it still the original engine, transmission? If it's still the original parts, then don't touch it with a 20 foot pole. If a lot of the parts have been replaced, then go for it if the price is right.

The price had better be good. Depending on the year, this could be all highway miles. However, when they get up in this mileage range, other things besides the engine/trans start going.
If this were a 6 year old car that would be 50,000+ miles per year and very probably OK. However, if car is 20 years old and 15,000/yr. It is probably pretty worn out.

I say stay away. I would even think twice if I was given such a car. Do you mean MX-6 by the way? If it is, definitely not. While the MX-6 is ok, it is not as reliable as other Mazdas.
