help my yfz 450 wont star.?

my bike wont start wouil it be because i used regular gasoline in it, i drain the gasoline got some good one but still wont start.

isn't the yfz 450 a 4 stroke?

The octane rating of the gas won't affect starting.
Change the spark plug
Clean the air cleaner
Clean the carb - the jets could be cloged up.
