You might be able to contact her through her myspace. http://www.myspace.com/52906350 , although I'm not sure if it is officially her. Her fanmail address was closed because she was receiving too many emails.
If it is really important, you could write her a letter though her publisher Little Brown:

Edit: I just saw your previous question. If you send a letter/email telling her she is the best author in the world, it is unlikely her publisher will forward it to you, or even that she will respond as she will receive many such comments and be unable to respond to each and every one of them. If you are going to send an email, make sure it is original and will be noticed + be beneficial to her too. E.g. notes and consider what it is you want to get out of contacting her.

go to her website and click on FAQ for twilight. It says that she will not be recieving e mails at this time but if you have a myspace then go to her myspace account and add a comment there or something.
