I want to buy my fiance a really nice designer purse for X-mas. I don't know much about designers or purses, so what should I get her? I want to get her one that is really cute and will make her feel special.

wow, aren't you a sweetheart...depends how much you want to spend...I adore my Louis Vuitton, it's a classic and most women love it. Gucci is a big one for girls...if money is not up there, then a Guess purse is young, hip and sporty. If not any nice leather or suede bag will do...girls love accessories, go for a nice color (if she has a lot of purses already) don't opt for the usual black or brown (unless she really needs an everyday bag. In this case go with neutrals). The hot colors of the seasons in Europe and North America in wine/burgundy

It really depends on how much money you want to spend. If you want to go for a cheaper but still very nice designer purse you can go to coach. They purses anywhere from $200 and up. Then there is Luis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Christian Dior. All of those bags are super expensive. You can shop on www.bluefly.com. They have designer purses for much cheaper then stores and they are real.

This is a highly personal present, you could very easily go wrong by not letting her choose. Take her window shopping at Saks or Neimans or LV and see what she likes. Then go back and get it.
Or if you would prefer to surprise her on xmas, you could put a card in a wrapped box that says something like, "one trip to any store to get whichever purse you would like"
