Maybe yes,maybe no,
but recently I saw something which definiteley wasn't human,and I shared it with a few ppl, and I think they don't believe me or they think I'm only saying it to scare them, and I was told to say it.
Personally I'm scared myself of what I saw,but now I'm like not sure, that what I thought I saw ,I did see.

In this case, I prefer to follow the saying: To see is to believe. I haven't seen a ghost yet, so, I don't believe in it. But though I have not seen God, but I believe in Him. Lucky are those who have not seen God but still believe in him.

I do, because I lived in a house that had one, and the house my mother-in-law just moved out of had several, one was a little boy and more than one person saw him on several different occasions
