The first question I have to ask is are you a doctor? Are you able to assess whether a person has an invisible disability?

Fraud does happen with Workers Comp, but you will have to have evidence, video tapes etc to back up what you are saying.

Just because a person appears to be fine physically and can walk etc does not mean they are not disabled. I know some people who think because a person laughs and jokes they cant be disabled.

IF you have proof that this person is working fulltime and earning money under the table then I would report it as fraud. IF you have seen this person doing things such as roofing their house, performing heavy manual labour jobs then I would report it as fraud.

IF however you are planning on a reporting it as fraud because this person mowed their lawn, or has a nice house and a nice car and therefore must be working or selling drugs or doing "something" illegal because they arent in a wheelchair and arent sitting around crying all the time you may want to reconsider.

ONLY a doctor, and always a Specialist is the one who determines whether a person is disabled or not.

you can contact your local disability office and ask them where you can report someone frauding their system. They'll be happy to help*
Make sure you are 100% sure this person is actually Frauding the system before you make the call~
