Maybe the sensor is sensitive to passing cars, had that problem a few times.
Maybe a pin switch is broke,IE the pin which allows you lights to ,sometimes they break this causes a drain and is picked up by the alarm.
Quite often car thieves keep setting the alarms off, this will make you and your neighbours will fed up of the noise,so 9/10 times this means you will turn it off and allow easy access for them.
Is there something plug in IE in the cigarette socket and is still live.
Have you an air freshener which dangles down and as the car moves with the wind or by passing car etc etc it is swaying and causing the sensors to pick it up.(had top alarm company out to this years ago and no one could find fault after they fitted a new alarm and it kept setting off my friend noticed this was happening in my car and setting of the alarm.)

Sometimes on newer cars, they have an alarm system that will go off if someone moves the car (like if you were to bump into it and it shakes a bit). My dad use to have a BMW and this system got messed up and it kept going off randomly. I think eventually they had to disable this function because of this. You have to take it to the dealership or a mechanic place to figure out what is wrong with it.

Nosie sensor could be too sensitive. I set them off all the time when I drive my old muscle car down the street. Its kind of funny because on some stretches I'll set off 4 or 5 cars on one block.

Elecro-magnetic interference is a possibility. This is rare but it can happen. It can be caused by someones remote interfering with the alarm, taxis radio transmitters or some local interferance.
