I agree that some of them can be a little on the, dare I say, arrogant side. However, most of them are good, football-lovin people like you and I and they just happen to like another team. What goes around comes around. They won't be fantastic forever.

After going to college on the east coast I can honestly say, until 2001 not a single one of my friends cheered for the patriots. The second they started getting good, all of the sudden they all had patriot jerseys and the Veneteiri (sp?) kick highlight was replayed on a daily basis on the news just to make them feel good about themselves. Some of my best friends are now patriot fans but I have very little respect for bandwagonners so I don't really talk to them about football anymore.

DIE HARD PATS FAN... has got to be the funniest thing i have ever heard.... 7 years ago, you would be hard pressed to find even 3 Pats fans ANYWHERE!! lol but now they flood the streets... HMMM HMMM HMMM HMMM HMMM?
I think this is typical behavior for fair weather fans because they have not made a long run with a team that SUCKS. I love my niners and when they were in there prime, i was too young to enjoy it. And now they are terrible, and i have a real respect for REAL football fans and dont dog any REAL fan for any reason.
Im not sure why this is, but its jsut what I've noticed, I think its because they dont want to be found out as the fakers that they are so they think if they talk a huge game that makes them REAL HUGE fans

Don't lump all NE fans into one group, yeah...Alot of them annoy me as well.....
And I am from Maine, Kennedy is a nut job....Got anything Bad to say about Collins and Snowe?????
And Ashly...Ain't that the truth...Alot of us Patriot fans haven't forgotten the pounding we took for 20+ years...The past years have been fun to watch after all that, but nothing lasts forever......

i don't really like the pats either, but they are a great team and if my team (broncos) was as good as theirs i would be an asshole as well

yeah the Patriots* fans ignore the fact that they are cheaters but then again they vote for people like Ted Kennedy and John Kerry so honesty isn't exactly their thing
