My dell computer monitor tries to turn on, but the light clicks to yellow.?

The cord from the computer monitor to the blue adapter is connected. This has happed to 3 of my computers. Is it a faulty adapter board on the dell optiplex, and has there been a recall. Thanks

If it is a faulty board, contact Dell about getting it replaced. They will know if there has been a recall. (Without the exact model number I can not look it up.)

Why do you have an Optiplex? Dimension are for home use, how did you wind up with an Opti?
