well I don't know what context your refering, but if your stuck, keep asking 'why?' .. why is he asking this question about questions? what does he care about ? Do they want a philosphical answer? If they don't care to know any further, is it because they have resigned, or believe they are content with the depth of understanding they have with the subject?
Is it because like so many of us, we were told 'no', figuratively or literally, when we were kids, so now as adults we are scared to ask more, scared to seem dumb or ask seemingly dumb questions? .. good thing there's yahoo answers
