No, the only problem is when the father has an RH pos blood type and mother is RH neg. Since your case is reversed it isn't a concern.

You've pretty much described my parents...no worries. I'm not sure what blood group my mother is, but she's positive...my dad's O-.

No. Since your wife carries the baby, if she were negative, it would be a concern. As it is now, it is not at all one.

It's not the blood type, it's the Rh factor that's the important bit.
