The wiper motor is working but the wipers are not moveing
is there a arm that gos on the motor to move the wipers and if
so how do i get to it.

There could be a connecting arm that's missing, or there could be other damage. I had a gear inside the housing of the wiper motor assembly that got stripped out once. If I pushed the wiper arm, the wipers worked perfectly, for one cycle. The solution was to replace the $2 nylon gear, but you won't know until you go look. The motor and assembly are usually on the firewall under the hood, near the top. Turn on the wipers, open the hood, and follow the mechanism that is connected to the wipers back to a common point. Then just use common sense.

Turn the wipers off before you try to tear anything apart, though.
