My mother is being soaked by Toys-R-Us. She is getting a run around where she is alternately told she will then won't get a refund on a purchase. Obviously, we need help. Where can we turn?

Start by contacting the Better Business Bureau.You may also contact the ombudsman.One thing a local tv station does in my area is investigate questionable business and inform the public.You have many people willing to help if you contact them.
