Most Department stores sell it. We can get it at Dollar Stores here. Walmart carries it. Spencer Gifts has it also. Many stores at a mall will have it.

Lots of smoke shops sell it around here.
Spencer Gifts does.
Places that sell Goth stuff do, too.
