the biggest thing you have to do is NOT give your baby a name that will be difficult for him/her to live with. otherwise, all bets are off with names these days.
having said that, here are my faves:
Kasey Noelle

Cole Alexander
and let me throw out a name that i never got to use:
Jarrett... it is my stepfathers last name, but i love him and wanted to honor him... and we could have called him rett for short... but i had a girl. oh well.

Sabrina Noelle: Very pretty
Kasey/Kayci Lynn: NO. Casey is much better.
Sienna Madeline: Love it
Tristan Gabriella: Tristan is a boy's name.
Cole Alexander: Very handsome! Love it
Nicholas Tate: Cute, very nice
Paxton Reid: No
Bradley Hunter: Lovely name.
I like Sienna Madeleine, Sabrina Noelle, Cole Alexander and Bradley Hunter. Great choices!!! (Paxton and Kayci are too trendy and won't age well on your child)

I really like Sabrina Noelle and Kasey Lynn (but I don't like the spelling Kayci). I'm not a big fan of Sienna and Tristan as first names, but I like Madeline as a middle name.
All of the boy's names are great, but my favorite is Nicholas Tate.

All nice, although personally Im not too keen on Kasey or Paxton and I think of Tristen as a boys name (thats probably just in England)
my favourites are Sienna Madeline for a girls ot either Cole Alexander of Bradley hunter for a boy

Sabrina Noelle is fabulous.
I wouldn't use Kacey - it's cute for a little girl, but flimsy for a grown woman. And Kayci is even more lacking in maturity.
Sienna and Tristan are okay, but nowhere near as gorgeous as Sabrina.
I quite like Cole Alexander and Nicholas Tate. Paxton Reid is a little much for my tastes, and I find Bradley a little dated. I'd probaby use Nicholas Tate - after all "Cole" can be a nickname for Nicholas, so this is one case where you can have *two* of your fave names wrapped into one.

I love Sabrina Noelle and Nicholas Tate.
In 2nd would be Sienna Noelle (not Madeline) and Cole Alexander.

I like Sienna Noelle & Nicholas Tate. I think of Tristan as more of a boy name and Cole has become too popular.
