Contacts have no value to me. The only value I find here is knowledge. It is amazing how much truth is presented because of the issue of anonymity. Rejection is a tough pill to swallow. However, we are All rejected more than once, and for more than one reason. So my suggestion is for you to create personal relationships with real humans, not Internet connections. This is my favorite venue just because of the data it provides. But I have personal relationships as well.

I do look forward to seeing my contacts, but when they are not here I try to make new contacts.

I don't socialize with my contacts, I don't look for them or at them. I get on here to ask a question or to answer some, just to kill some time. If I took it any further than that, this computer would consume my life.

I feel the same way. My contacts have become a family to me and when one is missing I worry until they return.

I have friends outside of Yahoo Answers, the ones on here I've never met so it's not a big deal if they're not on when I am.

kinda depressed, I get on here because I'm bored and hope I have a friend to cheer me up but when no one is on I feel like I'm the only person with no life.

i feel iam left alone, it gives me intense pressure in adding new contacts b'cos if you have a few contacts that are true and sicere then you are lucky, you can choose your contact before you add but it is unethical to research on your contacts after you add to self.
