i don't comprehend what it is. I sit down fried in oil or merely in a pan? i've got placed tomato slices in a pan and heated the pan up so the tomatoes get warm. Does this count extensive sort as fried purple tomato? If no longer, no I even have on no account had them.

yes my mom never let them go to waste from our garden at frost time, fry them in bacon grease after dredging them through milk and corn meal ♥

I think they are pretty much "southern." I've never seen them up here. I'd like to try them, however. Most southern food I've eaten I've liked!
