There have been 11 Seasons so far, and they just signed for another THREE so far

Yes there are South Park video games.
There is "Chef's Luv Shack", released in 1999 for the Sega Dreamcast, PlayStation, Nintendo 64, and PC. A trivia game with fun MINI games

They'll likely continue making episodes as long as the series is picked back up by Comedy Central or another network.
Best episode is not possible to answer since everyone is different, but I love "Weight Gain 4000" from season one.
South Park aired in 1997.
They have a few, mostly for older systems. I can think of South Park, Chef's Luv Shack, and Rally. (Looking on Amazon, that's all they list as well.)
I'd check ebay or Amazon, things like that. Comedy Central probably hasn't sold the rights for other companies to use the material from the show to make their own items, so you'll have trouble finding different things.

Scott Tenorman Must Die (Episode #501) I believe is the best south park episode. Just wondering what others think. It is a must see for any South Park fan. South Park began in 1997.

it will go up to season 15. the best so far is guitar queero. nope they dont have a video game. they should really get one.
