I think we should vote out every incumbent ,clean both House's before they can corrupt the freshmen in the House and Senate. If we vote out the incumbents that have made a career out of corruption at the expedience of the tax payer pocket. Then we could keep a very close eye on the newly elect voted into office as they move up the ladder for signs of corruption. The freshmen that were elected this past year will start to fill the different committee's as those corrupt are voted out an leave. And also before the corrupt voted out teach the freshmen the rope's of corruption and deceit. And With no corrupt incumbents left, we could finally see a working clean government for the first time in decade's. And if any show sign's of corruption, then they know they will end up just as their predecessor did. GONE!!!!

There are websites that have all the polls. One is

http://pollingreport.com

But polls of Congress aren't as relevant or useful as polls of the president or even just govt. in general. People traditionally disapprove of Congress but love their own congressman and senators. Because of this, they tend to blame Congress for all the problems they see in govt. Congressmen even run against Congress--'elect me and I'll clean up the mess in Washington'.

Does it even matter anymore?

Those millionaire bastards are there for one reason and one reason only (with very few exceptions) and that is to serve their corporate masters.......everything else is distraction.

The Bush Regime and its multiple components (including corporate interests, many of America's wealthy, certain radical segments of the Christian population, AIPAC and its supporters, and those amongst the middle and working class still beguiled by the corporate media) have been quick to label other nations as failed states to achieve their imperialist goals.

America began to decline seriously under Reagan, continued its precipitous drop under Bush I and Clinton, and has reached disturbing lows under Bush II. Whether Republican or Democrat, successive United States governments degenerated into an entity which is betraying a majority of its people and is a significant threat to the continued existence of the human species: a failed state.

They're no doubt just as miserable as then. When you see the radical bash-America crowd being pushed out by sane Demos, you might see an upward trend in those poles, but not before.

Now, now, you don't need to exagerate. Congresses approval rating is about 20 percent, with the Democrats being close to 40 percent.
