It depends on what the person did. Like Brianna said pedophiles, cheaters and murders do no deserve a second chance. But it depends on the situation and circumstance.

for the most part, but there are just some crimes that are committed out there that should cause the offender to be locked up and throw away the key. they will have there last chance with god, but not with the people.
