Each has it's good and bad point. I do not eat burgers at any of these places anymore nor their fried foods. However, I do go to McDonalds for their Diet Coke and brewed iced tea - not that sweet tea crap - worst mistake they ever made.
Burger King has sweetened iced tea - yuck. They do have Diet Coke.
Wendy's - frosties and those foccia sandwiches. My mother loves the taco salad and chili. They have huge Diet Cokes.

McDonalds is REALLY tasty, but it's HORRIBLE for you. And all three are good, but Wendy's is probably the best for you.
