You have to be a member of the MLS. You pay a fee for that access. Real estate agents and appraisers need to have access, and they pay for that right. You shouldn't be able to look there.

This is one of the problems that I have with REALTORS.

They say that they only put your private information, such as the codes of how to turn off your burglar alarm on the site where only licensed REALTORS have access.

Then I see al sorts of non licensed people accessing these sites and I even see printouts lying around on the ground in my neighborhood with very sensitive information such as the codes to turn off the burglar alarm on the property!!!!!

You have just given the local burglars an extremely valuable piece of information with the address of the house for sale and how to turn off the burglar alarm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the few things that REALTORS might be able to offer that is of any value, security, they do not protect.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She will loose her license for giving you her password, but that is the only way in.

In CA you need both a regular password and a "key", the key number changes every 60 seconds. I do not know if Texas has modernized to protect its network or not.

Only agents should have access to the MLS.

Perhaps your mother allowed you to use her logon? That’s completely wrong (possibly illegal), but it’s the only explanation I can think of.
