I fly off the handle and then I clam right up. The subject being put off the table until I am ready to come forward calmly.

Oh yes-very hard to understand and they usually make sense to me until I cool off than I'm like that doesn't even make sense to me now..

i dunt talk when im mad, i jus get reallay angry an try to go off by myself an maybe punch walls eheh *scratches head sheepish* if im around people i might say hurtful thengs, usually they are true thengs they ded, but i make too beg of a deal about it an blame the prblem im having on them, i hate when i do that so i never talk cause my family does that when their mad, they make soemone the scapegoat an feel guilty then they feel batter, but it doesnt make me feel better to make soemone feel bad, but thats how my family always handles arguments so i gues go away i dun wanu argue liek that ♥

Pal... that is a clear symptom of not just angry, but angry and crazy. And yes, I am a nut who will say things that make sense to me, and only seven of my other personalities all vying for dominance over the mind plane that is my brain... hey, that rhymes... **** yeah!

I used to be like that, but now I sit back and think about things before I say them. It took a 2 1/2 year marriage ending in divorce to help me learn to keep my mouth shut until I can respond instead of react (however, the ex-husband still doesn't know when to shut up)

Yes, but then I start to calm down because the look on people's faces is funny. Then I usually twist my words around and totally confuse them more. Its good fun.

I do.. and I also say things that I don't remember saying. It takes a lot to make me that angry but once I'm there it's hard to snap out of it.
