go see an attorney and have him file for full custody . I think you will be alright if you can prove that she has abandon the kids . good luck and god bless.

Left for where? Left them alone? Abandoned them? For how long? Better see a lawyer if you want custody and proof as to why she shouldn't have custody of them anymore.

You MUST go immediately to the courthouse in your county and file for custody. You may lose them to the state if you do not. Hurry.

left the children where? at a babysitters? at her mother's house? is she on vacation and needed a long time sitter? is she away on a business trip?
