Why can't the extremists from the right ever get the facts right? It wasn't KOS that bought the Petraeus ad, it was MoveOn. Liebermann, a strange bird indeed, has no loyalty to any party, he's now an Independent so he can sway with the breeze when he feels like it, not a real good example of a typical Democrat. You fail to provide proof of extremism running the Democratic Party. Should I believe that extremists like yourself are representative of the Republican Party? Believe me, I try not to, but you make it very difficult.

Liberman is no Democrat
The Daily Kos is a free place of ideas.
George Soros is not powerful as Ayers of Fox or control as much of public thought
The New York Times is one of many outlets and just because it has a different slant (more neutral perhaps? ) you call it evil
It's really just you, man...you're the extremist because everyone won't bow to your view...yours is only an opinion

Want proof the extremists have taken over the GOP? Republicans defending Rush Limbaugh in congress. Say what?
EDIT: to the answer Yes I lived through Jimmy Carter. The Regan administration was worse for me. You must be well off.

They won't...but this hearkens back to pre-Bill Clinton days when the Democratic Party was seen as a slightly-right wing of the Socialists. Ol' Billy brought the party to the right, and they won a few in a row...but then lost again because Gore was seen as a throwback to the rich Limousine Liberals that follow a NIMBY policy.
Face facts, the country was in MUCH worse shape under the policies of Jimmy Carter (and yes, I am sure that many of you reading this weren't alive then, but the times, they were a'horrible).
(I know I'll get complaints for this one, but the Electoral College is the Electoral College, and if Gore really thought he had a chance, he would have fought it- get over it, already.)

Lieberman is supposedly an "Independent," and MoveOn was responsible for the Gen Petraeus Ad not the DailyKos.
There's nothing worse than an uninformed rant.

Yes,I read aabout that. And MoveOn.Org is powerful too.
There is no mistaking the influence of MoveOn.org, with its 3.2 million members and powerful fund-raising apparatus, within the Democratic Party.

It is beyond absurd that you would attempt to call anyone on the left "extremist" when the current administration has deflowered the Constitution.
How extreme is that?
