Thousands of hives are disappearing for a reason still unknown to scientists. And since the honeybee is directly responsible for 30 percent of our food supply and 60 percent indirectly responsible for it, that doesn't bode too well as to how well we're gonna eat if we don't get a handle on this problem, does it...?

Without the honey bee we would not eat any plant foods, it makes all the plant foods possible for us.
